Elly Campbell

Elly Campbell has served as an educator and leader in schools for 2 decades. She excelled as an elementary teacher and school leader (dean, assistant principal, and principal).  Elly has served as a school leader in both charter and district schools.  She led for the growth of a California charter school previously identified in program improvement and increased the school’s growth report from an Academic Performance Index (API) of 552 to an API of 881 in just 7 years.  In her time in Colorado, she led the successful turnaround of a Title 1 school in Denver Public Schools supporting the school in moving from Not Meeting Expectations to Meeting Expectations in just 4 academic years.  She is a systems thinker able to take both a start-up as well as a school in need of improvement to ensure it is running smoothly with all necessary systems and structures for a high functioning school.  This spans from strategic planning and vision work to operations, scheduling, data analysis, and teacher development.  She can help systematize your school to ensure it is running like a well-oiled machine!

Emily Reilly

Emily Reilly has served as an educator and leader for 15 years.  She taught as both an ECE and elementary teacher.  She has been an instructional coach, dean, and school leader for over a decade.  Emily led the successful turnaround of a Title 1 school in Denver Public Schools moving it from Not Meeting Expectations to Meeting Expectations in just 4 years.  She is a master in teacher coaching and the facilitation of Professional Development and can help transform your school environment, professional learning plan and delivery of PD in your school building.  She is incredible at creating a strong organizational culture necessary for all schools to ensure teachers and staff members are empowered and happy in their work.  This strong culture and joy ensures high staff retention leading to sustained long-term growth in your school!
